By accessing or using JOAT Labs' software-as-a-service platforms or SMS messaging services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
JOAT Labs provides SaaS platforms, including event management, organizational systems, and related operating-system layers for modern work. Our services may include SMS/text messages for alerts, reminders, and account notifications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from JOAT Labs.
- Message frequency varies by user activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. A confirmation message will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@joatlabs.dev.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Send spam, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Fees and Payments
